1. Product Overview
The ECS-16 temperature controller is designed for beverage cabinets. The product menu is divided into user and manager menu, the user menu can adjust the controller control temperature, the manager menu has the password protection , to avoid the user's misoperation settings. Cooling / heating operating mode convertible. The refrigeration relay can reach up to 30A/240VAC output and can drive a single-phase 1.5HP compressor directly. The defrost output is configurable and can be selected for natural heating defrost ingfrost or electric defrost (plus defrost relay). Ad hoc one-click restore function, fast connected terminals, convenient for professional equipment manufacturers to produce and after-sales.

7.2 Key Operation
1) User parameter settings
In the state of measurement and control, press Set key 3S to enter the user parameter setting state, digital tube display menu item St,at this time press Set key to display the corresponding parameter value, press,
key adjust the setting temperature, and then press set key to return to the menu item St.
2) Go to the manager's menu settings
In the user parameter setting state, when the digital tube displays the menu item St, press the key to switch to the menu item Po,press Set to display 00,press
,
The key is adjusted to 55,then press set to return to the menu item Po,where the
key displays rd, indicating that the manager parameter setting state is entered.
If you do not adjust to 55,press Set to return to menu item Po,and then press the key, exiting the user parameter setting status to return to the measurement and control state.
3) Manager parameter settings
After entering the manager parameter setting state, press,
key select menu items(St,Po,rd... ),
After selecting the menu item, press the Set key to enter the current menu parameter value setting, press,
key adjust parameter value, and then press the Set key to return the menu item selection;
4)Exit parameter settings
In the parameter setting state, press the key or no key s--operates in 30S, or press
the key (i.e. password entry error) when the Po setting is not 55 to display the menu item Po. Save the parameter sit out of the setting state;
5) Manual defrosting
Pressing the key continuously for 3 seconds in the measurement and control state forces the frost to start or close(d1 is not 0,i.e. defrosting is not prohibited).
6) Parameter restore
In the measurement and control state, after pressing key 10S, the digital tube displays H0and enters the one-click restore operation. You can continue to press the
key to select the recovered parameter catalog items, select the range H0toH7,press
the parameter stoush restore judgment and exit,30S does not perform restore confirmation the controller automatically exits the mode without parameter recovery.
Note: This operation needs to ensure that the controller power supply is stable, if the operation of power supply anomalies, it is necessary to stabilize the controller after the operation again.

8. Control output
1) Refrigeration / heating:
Under normal circumstances:
Refrigeration mode at HC s =
The temperature of the cabinet is higher than the temperature setting and the temperature control return is, and the cooling is opened after the delay of the control output start-up is finished;
When the temperature of the cabinet is below the temperature setting, the cooling is off.
When HC = 1, the heating mode:
When the temperature of the cabinet is below the temperature setting, the heating is switched on after the control output starts the delay run;
The temperature of the cabinet is higher than the temperature setting and the heat is off when the temperature control sits back.
Note: The control output start delay is calculated for the first time by 3 seconds after the controller is powered on, and later by the control output start delay(C2).
When heating mode, set the no-defrost to set d1 to 0.
In the event of sensor failure:
When A2 = 0, the scale is cancelled and the control output is turned off.
When A2 is not 0, the start-up scale goes on and off and the control output is open or closed cycle at the cycle / time after the sensor failure.
2) Defrost:
When the defrost cycle is not 0, the controller runs the defrost cycle to start defrosting or manually start defrosting, the controller runs the defrost time to close the defrost or manually turns off the defrost.
The defrosting process shows:d3 = 0, the defrosting process shows the real-time cabinet temperature;
d3 is displayed when defrosting when d3 = 1;
d3 is 2 = defrosting shows the cabinet temperature at the start of the defrost.
