Regarding 69KF2 battery and touchpad issue:

Our battery thickness is basically the same as the original; Due to design issues with the DELL XPS 15 9500 series , a circuit board is installed under the touchpad, occupying some space.

If meet the problem which touchpad cannot clicking and pressing, the solution is to loosen the four screws near the touchpad or not install the two center screws; Then tighten all four screws in the corner to secure the battery, which will allow space for the touchpad to move.
