1. Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

Customers are responsible for:

• Restocking fees of 15% to 20%
• Customs and import fees
• Return shipping fees

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@phoenix-squad.com and we'll send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and check its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different model or configuration, start a return as described above and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return. Check the product description or contact us if you're unsure.

Exceptions: We don't accept returns on the following items:
