Shipping Policy

Phoenix Squad inc ships from 131 Melody Lane, Welland, ON L3B 0L3, Canada.

1. Processing time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Every unit is tested and inspected before it leaves our facility. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to the United States. Other international destinations are available where shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us for a quote.

3. Shipping rates and carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight and selected service. We ship with Canada Post and UPS.

4. Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Remote areas and international orders may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

6. Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please keep all packaging from damaged shipments.

7. Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
