1. Products

We sell new, used and refurbished rugged laptops, tablets, batteries and accessories, including Panasonic Toughbook and Dell Rugged devices. Each listing states the item's condition. Refurbished and used items are tested and inspected by our team before shipping, may show cosmetic wear, and are not refurbished or certified by the original manufacturer unless the listing says so. Brand names belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or authorized by Panasonic or Dell.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless shown otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout.

3. Shipping

Orders ship within 2–4 business days, with typical delivery in 2–5 business days. International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy, including any restocking fee and return shipping costs.

5. Warranty

Any warranty offered is stated on the product page. Where no warranty is stated, items are covered only by our Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phoenix Squad inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
